SHIPPING
Sweet Tea Originals ships to the lower 48 states plus the District of Columbia via UPS. When placing an order, the buyer will have the option to select either UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Air. Pricing for both options will be displayed prior to purchase.
All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Sweet Tea Originals will do its best to pack efficiently using the smallest container possible. However, we reserve the right to break an order into multiple boxes to protect the items from damage due to being shipped in an overcrowded container. All buyers will be notified before Sweet Tea Originals ships out an order of any increase to the shipping cost quoted initially.
RETURNS
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy explains how to return items purchased from us.
CUSTOM CUPS, including name drop designs, are not returnable for any reason other than damage that occurred during shipping. These cups were made specifically for you, and as a result, Sweet Tea Originals can not resell them to anyone else.
ORDERS WITH ERRORS will be corrected either with a replacement product or a full refund. This includes orders that were damaged during shipping or if you received an incorrect or defective item. Sweet Tea Originals will cover the return shipping costs by providing a paid shipping label for any return resulting from our error. There will be no reimbursements for return shipping costs paid directly by a customer to a shipping company. Customers must use the shipping label provided by Sweet Tea Originals.
RETURNS OF AN UNDAMAGED NON-CUSTOM PRODUCT NO LONGER WANTED will be accepted for a full refund within 30 days of original delivery. The customer must pay to ship the new and unopened item(s) back to Sweet Tea Originals. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, a full refund will be initiated. Should Sweet Tea Originals find that the cups being returned had been used, altered, or tampered with in any way, a refund will be denied.
Customers should expect a refund within three weeks of initiating a return. In many cases, you will receive your refund much faster than that. This return window includes transit time for Sweet Tea Originals to receive your returned product, inspect your product, process your refund, and for your financial institution to post the refund. Some banks and credit card companies take up to ten (10) business days to post returned funds to a client’s account.
